Hi, I’m Chinmay.

I want to study and improve the way humans and computers interact. I am particularly interested in ubiquitous computing and making computers invisible.

In the past, I have dabbled in fields as diverse as transactional memory/architecture and information visualization. I think this makes lunch-table conversations a lot more interesting.  I currently work with Microsoft Research India in Bangalore, on the Digital Heritage project.

I got my BE in Computer Science from BITS Pilani, in Rajasthan, India.
